A mentioned , our base project comes with a valuation of Rs.6,00,000.In 6,00,000 in which you will get all the necessary equipment as per the contract you choose, to set up the business and our company will also help you throughout the opening by providing you all the necessary ideas about the marketing, advertising , training and the set up of all the equipment and the lifetime servicing facility(In which two years servicing will be free of cost and after that service will be chargeable ). We will help you to get that initial boom for the business to grow. Our company’s executive will also visit the centre once or twice a week to check the flow of the business.(Note:- The company will only guide you with the ideas of the project development and the execution will be done by the franchise owner’s only the advertisement will be under our supervision and the cost will also given by the company but the manpower will be provide by the franchise owner).we can as your you that you will generate a profit of 5% every month that is Rs. 35,000,excluding the expenses of staff and electric bill. The company will be there for you even after the completion of the contract for any kind of assistance we believe in team work and we expect the same from our franchise partner. Now let’s see the terms and condition of the contract.

CONTRACT

The Company’s contract are divided in the two parts.
One is of 6 month and one is 1 year
If the profit we said doesn’t match expectation then you have the refund of the money you invested.
Once the refund is processed all the equipment we will taken by the company.
In the time of return the equipment provided by the company shouldn’t have any kind of damage. If detected money will be deducted as per the damage.
500 sq, ft -1000 sq, ft of space is required if the opening of the new centre.
In our base project you will have 1 therapy Bed, 1 mat, 1 slimmer, 1 slimming belt, 1 knee pad, 1 waves machine of 20 channel and 1 great system bath tub.
The manpower required for the advertisement and the marketing will be provided by the franchise owner and the cost will be provided by the company and the advertisement and marketing will be done under our supervision.
Any kind of theft and local problems should be dealt by the franchise owner, company is not responsible for each any every things.

Every day reporting of any kind of movement has to be share to the company via mail and whatsapp.

Once the Contract is over you can’t have you refund because if the company goals met as mention (5% of the money invested in I.e. Rs.35,000 if totaled for 6 month Rs.2,10,000) there is no valid reason for refund
The company will only give its assistance if the franchise owner follow the instruction of the company.
Patient capacity 15 person.
The company will only provide free servicing of the equipment for 2 years.
Rather than the advertisement and marketing expenses the company will not be responsible for any other expenses of the centre.
Monthly registration fee of patient is Rs.5000 and it is fixed.
In each patient the company’s share will be 20%.
If the franchise owner is able to sale more franchise to other parties they can earn good amount of money.
